Cultural Presentations

This year’s cultural presentations delve deep into Jamaica’s spiritual and musical heritage, exploring the theme “Poco Revival and Reggae: Tracing the Revival Connection in Reggae.” Presented in a captivating, documentary-style format, the showcase explores how the rhythms, chants, and spiritual traditions of Pocomania and Revival helped shape the foundation and soul of Reggae music.

Hosted by the vibrant Chris “Johnny” Daley, the presentation features performances and insights from Queen Maxine OsbourneRicky Rowe, and the Cairmer Theater Company, blending storytelling, music, and movement to celebrate Jamaica’s musical evolution.

Adding to the experience, Bro. Gary, popular radio personality and gospel DJ, will deliver a powerful segment of spiritual vibes, while the Soul Savers Band brings live reggae revival energy to the stage.

Together, they create an unforgettable journey through rhythm, faith, and the roots of Jamaican identity.
