PUBLIX JERK COOK-OFF & DEMONSTRATIONS
A main feature of the festival, the Publix Jerk Cook-Off is serious competition as individuals compete for cash, bragging rights and the coveted Dutch Pot Trophy. A distinguished panel of judges selects the winner. Other activities include fine cuisine Jerk demonstrations by renowned chefs as well as the celebrity cook-off featuring radio and television personalities in a quick-fire contest.

GRACE KITCHEN
Grace Foods' top chef, Mazie Miller will be showcasing the use of the brand's products in creating several tasteful jerk recipes.  Chef Miller will be supported by other renowned culinary experts conducting demonstrations on fine jerk cuisine. Patrons will have an opportunity to sample these tasty creations and ask questions.
